Best Life Counseling and Coaching, LLC now offers online therapy. This consists of e-mails, online chats and phone sessions. To begin the process of online therapy , please download the forms on the PDF Intake Form web page and e-mail, fax or mail them back to us. Once we get these forms, we will contact you about setting up an appointment. You can pay for these services by calling our office and providing a valid credit or debit card or you can pay directly through the pay pal button below:

Best Life Counseling and Coaching recommends that you use the Custom Install so you can choose what elements you want to have installed. We also recommend that you stop and review the Privacy Policy when downloading Yahoo Messenger. Be sure to remember your Yahoo ID as the counselor who contacts you wlll need to know your online ID. We will not ask for your password.
BEST LIFE COUNSELING AND COACHING, LLC ONLINE THERAPY AGREEMENT
By using Online Therapy through Best Life Counseling and
Coaching, LLC, you agree to the following:
1. You are 18 years or older.
2. You are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
3. You are not being treated for Schizophrenia
4. You are the authorized user of the credit card
or have the owner of the credit card permission
5. If the issue you are concerned about would be better
discussed in person, you may set up an in person
appointment at our office. If this is not possible,
I will provide you other options.
6. You have completed the intial paperwork that you have
obtained through this website and have returned it to us
signed. This includes the Privacy Practices, the
Guidelines for treatment, the Financial Policy, and the
Intake Assessment.
7. You are aware that by agreeing to participate in Online
Therapy, there is no way to have entire confidentiality
on the web. This is due to e-mails having to go through
servers, a website obtaining your infomation , etc.

8. I agree that I will not hold Best Life Counseling and
Coaching, LLC responsible /liable for any therapy that
is provided as part of our Online Therapy Services.
9. By law, therapists are required to notify the
appropriate authorities when we learn about child
abuse or suicidal thoughts,plans or plans to do harm to
another person. This is to help keep yourself, the
children in your life or others safe. At this time
we are not a crisis therapy site . If you are in
immediate danger of hurting yourself or someone else,
please call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Rooom
10. By law courts orders can force therapists to provide
their therapy records or to testify in court
11. If you are abusive, threatening, harassing, and/or
sexually inappropriate in your interactions with any
of our therapists at Best Life Counseling and
Coaching, LLC , they can stop services and will
offer you referral sources. Such abuse can consist
of boundary violations such as attempting to Instant
Message or Internet Chat with the therapist at times
when you do not have an appointment scheduled with
them. This would be just like walking into an in
person therapy session while the therapist is in
session with someone else
12. If the therapist will not be available or be out of
town, it will be listed as such on the website
13. If Best Life Counseling and Coaching, LLC does not
feel that services can be provided for you, we will
provide you with other options
14. If you obtain online therapy services from Best Life
Counseling and Coaching, LLC, please be aware that
our name will be on your credit card statement
15. When clients keep copies of Internet Chat and e-mails
a second clinical record is made and Best Life
Counseling and Coaching, LLC is not responsible
for what happens to this record
