My name is Heather Pugh and I am the owner of Best Life Counseling and Coaching. I have been providing both mental health and addictions treatment (including eating disorders) for the past 25 years. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, relationship/couples issues, eating disorders, life stress,work issues, grief/loss and addictions.

I would like to introduce
Deborah Peterson,LMSW, PLCSW and Mollie Sluss, LCSW who I am happy to say are also providing therapy services at Best Life Counseling and Coaching, LLC:

Mollie Sluss, LCSW has 27 years experience working with children , teens and adults, including the elderly. She specializes in treating children using Play therapy. She also has extensive experience in providing family therapy. Mollie also can help adults dealing with anxiety, depression and life stress.

Debbie S. Peterson, PLCSW, LMSW, MS Ed, has experience with children , primarily with behavioral concerns and ADD/ADHD. She also works with blended and single families and is available for Christian Counseling.

Debbie specializes Financial Therapy with individuals, mixed couples and women-only groups. The number one cause relationship breakups is financial problems. Financial Therapy helps people deal with debt, overspending/underspending patterns, compulsive shopping and repeatedly making poor financial decisions, to break free from harmful cycles. Sessions are offered in a group setting or individually.
